BOAT PARTY TICKET REQUEST FORM

Instructions PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1. Your entry is ONLY valid if posted between 10am and 4pm on Wednesday 14th May 2008
2. Ballot entries can consist of two to six parties
3. You must enter full name and CORRECT email address for each entry to the ballot. You can check your parties' email addresses here (opens new window).
4. Names to the ballot may only be entered ONCE. Subsequent entries of the same person will be ignored, thus reducing the size of the entered party.
5. You should recieve a confirmation email upon submission. If you do not, please contact publicity@oxfordlawsoc.com.
6. The register of ballot entries will be viewable publicly to allow for scrutiny. The register will be removed once the ballot has been drawn.

FAIR BALLOT. The ballot will be drawn in Exeter College JCR at 6pm on Thursday 15th May. You are welcome to attend.
