Negotiation is an every day feature of a corporate solicitor's practice and an important skill for prospective trainees to master! During this enjoyable session, leading global law firm Baker & McKenzie will provide an overview of some of the key principles of negotiation, providing an example of a corporate transaction and the commercial issues that can arise.
