DESCRIPTION
In the current financial crisis, banks have found themselves in some extraordinary circumstances. Mac Mackenzie, a counsel at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, will talk about the banks' situations and about the work the firm has been doing with Northern Rock, Nomura and the Bank of England. The talk promises to be extremely topical and insightful and afterwards there will be a chance to talk informally with the speaker about his work and about Freshfields.
